Terms of Use

The Integrated Wellness member portal supports your enrollment in our body transformation and health optimization programs: tracking progress, logging nutrition and training, receiving your clinician-approved plan, and communicating with your care team and the portal's AI assistant.

The portal is not monitored in real time and is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

• Every prescribed target (calories, macros, training volume) is reviewed and approved by your care team before it is released to you — the portal never invents targets.
• The AI assistant provides coaching support grounded in your released plan. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your clinician's judgment.
• Follow your care team's guidance. Tell them about injuries, symptoms, medications or conditions that could affect your program.

• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use accurate information — your care team makes clinical decisions based on what you log.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and leaving “Keep me signed in” unchecked on shared devices.

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access another member's data.
• Probe, disable or interfere with the portal's security features.
• Upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to share.
• Use the portal to provide services to third parties or scrape its content.

You keep ownership of the data and files you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content to you and your care team in order to run your program — nothing more. You can export or delete it at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

• Results vary. Program outcomes depend on your adherence, physiology and circumstances; no specific result is guaranteed.
• The portal is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the portal is limited to the fees you paid for the program during the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using the portal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put other members at risk. We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced in the portal before they take effect.
